This rustic five bedroom camp on Lake Winnipesaukee's exclusive and secluded South Wolfeboro Bay with all the amenities can be yours for a little as $1000 a week off season, $1500 in season, $2000 a week for major holidays.

This camp is not for people who are looking for a suburban house and lawn transported to the woods. You'll get city water, electric, full bathroom and kitchen -- but no sheetrock, no lawn, no servants.

We're pretty easygoing about our reservations policies -- pretty much the first to commit to a week gets that week. We have family that wants to come up, too, so the earlier you pick the week you want the more likely you are to get it.

We're also happy to work with folks to meet their needs and to work on pricing or schedules if necessary. We want to have good relationships with folks who use the cottage.

Each rental starts on a Saturday at 3 p.m. and ends at 9 a.m. the last Saturday.
